Weekly classes and session packages, set once

Recurring sessions let customers book a repeating appointment in one action. A customer signs up for a Tuesday 7 PM yoga class and the system creates all future occurrences automatically. No re-booking each week.

Weekly Class Schedules

Create fixed-time recurring classes — a Tuesday 7 PM yoga class, a Saturday 10 AM spin session, a Thursday 6 PM language lesson. Customers join for as many weeks as they want.

New participants can join mid-series. A student who discovers your Wednesday morning pilates class in week 3 books from their start date forward without disrupting existing bookings.

Session Packages

Bundle a fixed number of sessions into a prepaid package. A customer buys a 10-session personal training package, pays upfront, and the system schedules all 10 appointments.

• Session count — 5, 10, 20 sessions sold together
• Prepaid pricing — package price collected at purchase
• Remaining sessions — both admin and customer can see how many are left

Recurrence Rules

Configure how the repeat works:

• Interval — weekly or bi-weekly
• Day and time — fixed (every Tuesday at 7 PM)
• End condition — until a specific date, or after a set number of occurrences

Per-Session Capacity

For group recurring sessions, each occurrence tracks its own attendance independently. A yoga class with 20 spots can fill up on a given week without affecting other weeks. Cancellations reopen spots for that specific session only.
